Cell Ranking System
The Cell Ranking System is made to get more organization in the mob by creating small "devisions" that are called cells.
The system was taken from the Colombian Drug Cartels and got a little bit changed by Diaz.
What are "Cells"?Cells are actually devisions of 4-5 people.
Each Cell have his own small Headquarters (usually hidden and secret) and it has his own leader (The El Capitan rank)
The Cells always contain the ranks;
Soldado, Guerrillero and El Capitan.
The higher ranks, El Vice Jeffe and El Jeffe are the management of the mob, so they are not joining any cell.
What's the the point of having Cells?Cells are created first of all to get organization, So the mobsters will know where they belong to and what is their job and part in the mob.
Each cell has its own job.
There are Drug Cartel Cells, which their job is to run
Diaz's Drug Cartel.
There are also Mafioso Cells, which they are a general cell with no specific job or role.
They do random jobs and the whole cell can be converted to one of the cartels if needed.
The El Capitan is the one the manages the Cartel and keeps an eye on the job they are doing.
How can I join a cell?When you are accepted as Soldado, We first check you're abilities and check to what cell you'll fit the most.
We also consider you're own request (if you have one) and if the cells has open places.
